In the region of the Trudner Horn Nature Park, more precisely in Altrei, a village near Capriana that impresses with its scenic beauty and the care that the inhabitants put into their gardens and vegetable gardens, we offer part of a former farmhouse that was once used as a monastery.
The farmhouse consists of a separate entrance, three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The attic offers the possibility to further expand the dwelling and create either a spacious unit or two separate apartments.
The property also includes two well-maintained cellars, a covered parking lot and a garden, which consists of 50m2 communal garden (with a neighbor) and 140m2 private garden.
