Charming house with a quiet patio in the heart of the popular La Isleta neighbourhood.

Some call the house a pearl, others a jewel. In any case, it is unique in Spanish colonial style: rather plain on the outside, it surprises on the inside with spacious rooms and high ceilings as well as traditional solid wooden windows and doors, all newly made by a Canarian carpenter in 2002. In the light-flooded patio (inner courtyard), you can relax, read or play in the midst of orange and almond trees, bougainvillea and other native plants. And on the roof terrace (azotea) you can enjoy the many sunny days undisturbed.

The house was thoroughly and extensively renovated in the years 2000-2010 under the supervision and cooperation of a German master craftsman, including new electricity and water pipes as well as the installations for a PV system.
