Happy Expat homes&more is presenting this lovely house for sale. Not only does it serve as a charming family residence, but its tourist license also opens up the possibility of running a successful vacation rental business. The large pool , BBQ and lounge area are perfect for enjoying meals, relaxing, and hosting summer parties. There is a big extra flat part of the garden where the actual owners planned to put a woodden cabine.
