From the 1st of February 2022, we are looking for a new tenant for our approximately 260 square meters of space.
The office building is located in Budaörs, the centre of the most developed settlement in the agglomeration, a few minutes from Budapest, in a location with excellent infrastructure. A few steps from Auchan, Ikea, bus terminus, etc.

The Budaörs building comprises 5 office blocks on a multi-acre site with over 6,000 sqm of office space available for rent.

In the middle of each building there is a core with elevator, next to which there are bathrooms, so that each floor can be divided up with a minimum of common area.
