When designing, there are 3 types of objects, namely: TYPE 1: located on cadastral plot No. 56/5; 56/6; 56/8; 56/10 Total projected gross area: 484.89 m2

TYPE 2: located on cadastral plot No. 56/9 Total projected gross area: 475.14 m2 TYPE 3: located on the cadastral plot No. 56/1 Total designed gross area: 216.81 m2 On the cadastral plots, 1 family-residential building is planned - a villa (6 buildings in total) with a layout of BC+F+1 (basement+ground floor+floor) on a landscaped area, which is a visually unique whole with associated facilities (swimming pools, green areas, roads, trails, parking lots). The total area of the cadastral plots is about 5800 m2, and the areas range from 500 to 1000 m2.

PROPERTY LOCATION The facilities are located in KO Trebesin, Herceg Novi municipality. The purpose of the building is residential with a basement as a technical floor. The buildings were designed to be free-standing and care was taken to blend into the surrounding environment. The entrance to all buildings is oriented to the north.
