Within easy reach of Jávea’s old town (3 km), the beach (3.6 km), the main road to Denia and the motorway. Arenal’s beach and boulevard are only 6 minutes’ drive away and there are several supermarkets nearby, the nearest is only 6 minutes away.

The villa has two floors; downstairs is an entrance hall, a large living and dining area with a fire place, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a generously proportioned, separate kitchen. The patio doors from the living room lead on to a fabulous, partly covered patio. It is a lovely spot for al fresco dining.

The main bedroom, with a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom, is located on the upper floor. The glass doors lead to a private roof terrace with gorgeous views of the surrounding area.

Outside, there is a pleasant, well-kept and almost full-grown garden, a driveway with space for several cars and of course a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower. The pool area is a few steps lower, perfect for families with young children because it is easy to cut off the access to the pool from the patio above.

Air conditioning has recently been installed in all the bedrooms and the living room, and the villa has underfloor heating for the colder parts of the year.
