All properties share a special location by the sea with views across the bay to the skyline of the Tramuntana mountains. Hiking trails lead you high up into the mountains to the Ermita of Betlem with breathtaking views over the sea and well-maintained paths lead you along the coast to the end of the cape, past the turquoise blue sea with many small sandy and rocky bays.

Several golf courses can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Ideal conditions for a carefree, varied vacation in a natural, protected environment away from the crowds. The Betlem urbanization is popular because it is nestled between the sea and the mountains, with a nature reserve on three sides and the sea within easy reach.
