Happy Expat homes&more is presenting this lovely house for sale. Not only does it serve as a charming family residence, but its tourist license also opens up the possibility of running a successful vacation rental business. The large pool , BBQ and lounge area are perfect for enjoying meals, relaxing, and hosting summer parties. There is a big extra flat part of the garden where the actual owners planned to put a woodden cabine. Inside the house we find on the main floora spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and two double bedrooms. Upstairs, there is a large living room with access to a big terrace and a small balcony, two very spacious double bedrooms, and a full bathroom with a shower.
