The 65 m2 apartment consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a bathroom, an American-style kitchen, and a balcony. The city beach LOS LOCOS is only 350 meters away! Restaurants, shops, bars - all within walking distance. The apartment has everything necessary for living: furniture, appliances, dishes, linens and towels, air conditioning, Russian TV, and Internet. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. In the neighboring urbanization Aldea del Mar, there is a large green park, a huge pool, beautifully decorated. There is an entrance fee of about 8 euros, but the price decreases when buying a multi-day pass.The cost of renting the apartment depends on the season and is as follows per week:280 euros (40 euros per day) in low season,560 euros (80 euros per day) in mid-season, and840 euros (120 euros per day) in high season.Additional expenses:- 200 euro deposit - refunded upon check-out if the property is retained- 80 euro final cleaning fee, to be paid upon arrivalImportant!
