“Villa Island View” is a traditional Spanish villa, located right in the heart of  La Barraca, the renowned prestige suburb of Javea. It is located half way up the hill from the beach, and has a fantastic sea and island view from nearly every room in the house, one of the best views in  the entire La Barraca area.Additionally, the villa is positioned inside the La Barraca summer security zone. This means unrestricted car access for the owners  and their guests at all times, whereas most beach visitors are forced to park much higher up the road, with only on-foot access to the beach.Originally built in 1985, the house comprises 4/5 bedrooms en-suite with 6 bathrooms in all.
