HOUSES
Each property has been designed to make you feel comfortable and to meet the expectations of people who need a green space to relax in, a place in the house where they can fit a lot of things, rooms that can be arranged so that every member of the family is comfortable, and at the same time with a simple body, designed to make the use of the house economical without any losses associated with the construction of the building. ACCESS
Quick access to Warsaw makes this an extremely attractive location. Thanks to the S8 road, it will take us only 25 minutes to get to the centre of Warsaw. It is also easy to get to the Warsaw bypass or via al. Krakowska or, from the autumn, the Zamienie entry. In the vicinity of the estate we will find a municipal nursery, kindergarten and primary school. Access to the shopping centre in Janki is a 10-minute drive.
If you want to use public transport (ZTM), there is a bus stop approx. 900 m away - 706 (going via Janki to P+R al. Krakowska (Warsaw Włochy), where you can get there in just 15 minutes) and a night bus N88, or 600 m away from the housing estate there is a bus stop of line L1 which takes you to Piaseczno, Lesznowola, Magdalenka or Janki.
